What we collect

The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address and your message, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, your business name and the type of project.

The site asks for no financial information and creates no accounts.

Where your information is stored

The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes and stores contact form submissions on its servers. Netlify is an American company, so your information is stored outside Québec. A copy is emailed to nick@maplehilldigital.com. Netlify applies its own privacy policy, available on its website.

What your information is used for

Only to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to carry out your project. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone, and we do not add you to any newsletter.

Cookies and analytics

This site places no cookies on your device. We measure traffic with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that cannot identify you personally, which is why the site carries no consent banner.

Umami records aggregate data only: which pages were viewed, approximate location, device type and the site that referred you. No advertising profile is built, no data is sold, and nothing is shared for marketing.

Requesting deletion of your information

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to nick@maplehilldigital.com and we will confirm deletion within 30 days, including the copy held by Netlify.
