How much does a website cost in Québec?
Two ways to pay for the same site: buy it, or subscribe. The exact price depends on how many pages you need and how many languages, and it is fixed before we start.

- Hosting and maintenance: $35 a month
- Nothing to pay until you have seen it
Subscribe
from $79 a month
Nothing to pay up front.

- The complete site, copywriting included
- Hosting, maintenance and content changes
- Cancel any time, no penalty
- Online for as long as you subscribe
Hosting and maintenance
$35 a month
Included in the subscription. If you bought your site, this is what keeps it online and up to date after launch: billed monthly, no commitment, and since the site is already yours it stays yours if you stop the upkeep. The domain name is not included: it belongs to you and is paid directly to your registrar.
- Fast hosting with SSL certificate
- Domain name configured and pointed at the site
- Content changes in as little as one business day
Nothing to pay until you have seen the site
We ask for no deposit and no upfront payment, either way. You receive a preview link, you take your time going through it, and you pay only once you have approved it.
Revisions are included either way. You send us your comments, we apply them, and you sign off. We agree what is part of the project before we start, which saves anyone having to count rounds.
Pricing questions we get asked
-
Why "from" rather than a fixed price?
Because a three-page French site and a twelve-page bilingual one are not the same job. You describe your business in a few lines, we reply with a firm price to buy and a firm price to subscribe, and you choose. The price does not move after that.
-
What happens if I do not like the site?
You tell us what is wrong and we adjust it, at no extra cost. If after that the site still is not right for you, you pay nothing and we take it down. No deposit was ever paid, so there is nothing to refund.
-
How long does it take?
A three-page site is usually ready 7 days after the project is agreed. A larger or bilingual site can take 10 to 14 days. We give you a realistic timeline with the proposal, before you commit to anything.
-
Do I own the website?
If you buy, the code, copy and images are yours as soon as the invoice is paid. If you subscribe, the site stays ours and you keep it online for as long as you subscribe.
-
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time and with no penalty. You write to us, payments stop at the end of the current month and the site comes down. There is no fixed-term contract: you stay subscribed for as long as the site is useful to you.
-
Who manages the domain name?
The domain is registered in your name, never ours, and you pay your registrar directly. We handle the technical setup at no charge when the site goes live. If you do not have a domain yet, we tell you exactly what to buy and where.
-
What does maintenance include?
Small content changes sent by email and done in as little as one business day, plus hosting and the SSL certificate. A new page or feature gets a separate quote.
-
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Every project runs over email, anywhere in Québec and elsewhere in Canada. Your answers, copy, photos and feedback all happen in writing, which leaves a clear record of every decision and lets you reply when it suits you.
-
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price is fixed before we start and it does not move. If you buy, hosting and maintenance are $35 a month on top. If you subscribe, everything is in the monthly amount.
Torn between the two?
Tell us what your business does. We come back with a firm price to buy and a firm price to subscribe, and you pick the one that suits you.
